500m swim

Scared of the ice on Friday.
Whipped silly by the reno boss on Saturday
Just plain slothful on Sunday (icing back, actually)

But a return to the pool this aft
30 minutes:500metres.
(including 100 metres with the yellow -- big -- paddles)
